A Packers free agent running back is leaving Green Bay for a free agent deal with the Seattle Seahawks.
Adam Schefter of ESPN reporrs that the Seahawks are signing Eddie Lacy after he spent four years with the Packers. The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports the deal is one year for $5.55 million.
Lacy spent much of 2016 on the injury list with a foot ailment only playing and starting five games. He missed all of the season after mid-October.
He rushed for 360 yards and caught 28 yards worth of passes without scoring a touchdown.
In total, he ran for 3,435 yards and scored 29 total touchdowns (running and passing) in his career.
Ty Montgomery is currently the only running back on the Packers roster.
