Briq's Soft Serve, or you may know it as the "Home of the 1 lb. Cone," is a Wausau-based ice cream shop. Briq's has three Wisconsin locations in Wausau, Weston and Mosinee. The Wausau and Weston locations opened on Feb. 28, and the Mosinee location opened on March 2.

If you find yourself near the bright pink ice cream stand be sure to order your cone with their "Twinkle Coat." The Fort Atkinson Frostie Freeze opened on March 2, while the Janesville location is waiting until mid-March.
Georgie Porgie's Burgers and Custard is a unique Treefort restaurant in Oak Creek, Wis. The indoor trees and wooden decor will make you feel like you're in a real tree fort. Georgie Porgie's is open year-round.
